PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass substrate conveyance device which conveys a glass substrate.SOLUTION: A glass substrate conveyance device includes: first conveyance means which arrays a plurality of first conveyance units while leaving a prescribed interval in the same horizontal direction and conveys a glass substrate released from a glass substrate housing device; peeling means which peels a peeling film from an optical film fed from a roll formed by winding the optical film; attachment means composed of a pair of attachment rollers which push a glass substrate conveyed by the first conveyance means and an optical film from which the peeling film is peeled to attach both while causing both to pass and are opposed and arranged while vertically leaving a prescribed interval; and second conveyance means which is made by arraying a plurality of second conveyance units while leaving a prescribed interval in the same horizontal direction, is made proximate to at least the pair of attachment means, is provided with a cushioning member on the second conveyance unit constituted of wheels, receives the glass substrate passing through the pair of attachment means and conveys the glass substrate to a subsequent process. |
