PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin filling device whose cost is lower and which is more efficient as compared with the conventional one.SOLUTION: A resin filling device 1 fills a magnet insertion hole 121 arranged in a cylindrical laminated iron core 12 which is formed by laminating annular iron cores with a melted resin for fixing a magnet. The resin filling device 1 comprises: a magnet supporting part 14 which is formed by combining a columnar part 141 corresponding to a center hole shape of the laminated core 12 with a truncated cone part 142; a lower mold 11 which includes a recess part 112 that has a shape corresponding to the truncated cone part 142 of the magnet supporting part 14 and a feeding-out hole 111 that is communicated with the recess part 112 to feed out the melted resin; an upper mold 10 which holds the laminated iron core 12 between itself and the lower mold 11; and a plunger part 15 which feeds out the melted resin through the lower mold 11 into the magnet insertion hole 121. A groove for feeding out the melted resin into the magnet insertion hole is arranged at on least one of or both of a side face of the truncated cone part 142 and a side face of the recess part 112. |
