PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone device capable of adjusting directions of directional axes of a plurality of microphones closely provided side by side in a simple configuration and a microphone cap.SOLUTION: The microphone device includes: a first microphone; a second microphone provided closely to the first microphone; a first rear acoustic terminal formed at the first microphone; a second rear acoustic terminal formed at the second microphone; a first acoustic terminal control member provided freely movably against the first rear acoustic terminal; and a second acoustic terminal control member provided freely movably against the second rear acoustic terminal.
