PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the temperature with high accuracy in a heating and cooling device capable of performing a heating mode for heating by steam, a cooling mode for cooling by water, and a holding mode for neither heating nor cooling.SOLUTION: A heating and cooling device 1 includes: a fluid circuit 10 configured so as to perform a heating mode where an object is heated by steam, a cooling mode where the object is cooled by water, or a holding mode where the object is neither heated nor cooled; and a control part 50 that switches over such three modes so that the temperature of the object becomes a set value. The control part 50 selects any one of the heating mode, the cooling mode and the holding mode on the basis of a determination formula including the temperature change amount of the object per a certain period of time. |
