PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device that can effectively cool an inverter device for supplying power to an electric motor for driving a pump while saving space and reducing cost.SOLUTION: A pump device comprises: a pump 310 for pressurizing liquid; a totally-enclosed electric motor 210 for driving the pump 310; and an inverter device 230 for supplying power to the electric motor 210. The inverter device 230 comprises a cooling surface 236 consisting of a plurality of radiating fins 231a. The electric motor 210 comprises a fan cover 216 covering at least a portion of a motor casing 211a and a fan 215. In the fan cover 216, an opening 220 opposed to the cooling surface 236 of the inverter device 230 is formed. |
