PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement structure capable of integrally improving a ground on which a plurality of structures is built and a ground on which a road is constructed, thereby inhibiting uneven ground subsidence.SOLUTION: By forming a plurality of ground improvement wall structures 110, 120 connected to a housing ground 50 on which a plurality of houses 20 is constructed and to a road ground 70 on which a road 30 is constructed, a ground improvement structure 100 is constructed so as to segment and surround a liquefaction layer 14. This way, the housing ground 50 and the road ground 70 are integrally improved to prevent or inhibit liquefaction and inhibit uneven subsidence of the houses 20 and the road 30. Furthermore, each of the continuous footing 22 of the houses 20 is placed on the ground improvement wall structure 120 of the housing ground 50. As such, uneven subsidence of the houses 20 is effectively inhibited even when an earthquake of a scale larger than that assumed has struck and the housing ground 50 liquefied, because the continuous footing 22 of the houses 20 are supported by the ground improvement wall structure 120. |
