PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator for a vehicle capable of achieving miniaturization of a device and improvement of assemblability.SOLUTION: A fuel lid locking device 1 includes a motor 5 having a worm gear 6, a gear member 7, a slide member 9, and a casing 2. The gear member 7 has a helical gear 7b meshed with the worm gear 6, and a spur gear 7c provided coaxially with the helical gear 7b on a same rotation surface. The slide member 9 has a rack gear 9i meshed with the spur gear 7c. In the casing 2, the motor 5 and the gear member 7 are stored, and a portion of the slide member 9 having the rack gear 9i is stored so that the slide member 9 is linearly moved by driving of the motor 5. |
