PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carburetor for enhancing an air/fuel ratio while suppressing the mixing of fresh air and a mixture when a throttle valve is fully open.SOLUTION: A main nozzle 30 is enclosed by a tunnel-shaped airflow guide part 52. The airflow guide part 52 is longitudinally opened. The air flow established by the airflow guide part 52 feeds downward the entirety of the fuel discharged from the main nozzle 30. While both a throttle valve 22 and a choke valve 24 are fully open, the fresh air flows through the clearance between the two valves 22 and 24 into a mixture passage 12.
