PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydraulic generating equipment in which a flywheel rotating speed is set to a high-speed range safely and advantageously to improve a power generating efficiency remarkably.SOLUTION: A complete round vertical flywheel 100 is installed in parallel with a horizontal rotating drive shaft 3 of a vertical water turbine 2 connected to a power generator 1 and rotated by hydraulic power through supporting arms 101 arranged radially at each of both sides of the vertical water turbine, the center of circle is displaced from the axial center of the horizontal rotating drive shaft in a horizontal direction, a pair of complete round vertical ring rails 200-1, 200-2 having a smaller diameter than a diameter of the flywheel are oppositely arranged and fixed to both side surfaces of the flywheel, flywheels 400 are slidably installed at the supporting arms along the supporting arms, the flywheels are provided with roll guide mechanisms 300, the vertical water turbine is provided with a water storing tank mechanism 500 communicated with a water supply pipe and a withdrawal pump mechanism, and operating electric power for the water storage tank mechanism and the withdrawal pump mechanism is an electrical power got from a solar power generating panel GP arranged around the hydraulic power generating device and surplus electric power got from the power generator. |
