PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device and a control method of a fuel cell which can improve the durability of the fuel cell by performing appropriate control so as to suppress control hunting.SOLUTION: A plurality of deterioration stages, which are set in advance on the basis of a power value and a current value of an output from a fuel cell stack, are stored as the deterioration stages for indicating the degrees of deterioration of the fuel cell stack. Next, a deterioration stage corresponding to the power value and the current value of the fuel cell stack is determined on the basis of the plurality of deterioration stages. Then, a control map according to the deterioration stage thus determined is selected so as to determine a fuel utilization rate on the basis of the current value with the use of the control map. |
