PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which enables division of the assembly processes of the lighting device and improves the assembly workability.SOLUTION: A lighting device 11 includes: a light source part 41; a device body 21 which holds the light source part 41; a protective member 91 which covers at least a radiation surface side part of the light source part 41; a power source part 31 which supplies electric power to the light source part 41; and a power source cover 61 covering the power source part 31. The light source part 41 is disposed at the outer peripheral side of the power source part 31 so as not to overlap with the power source part 31 in a plan view. The power source cover 61 is attached to the attachment surface side of the device body 21. The device body 21 is formed so that a radial center part protrudes to the radiation surface side further than the protective member 91.
