The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of a vacuum insulation material which forms an internal space of a main vacuum tank where an insulation material covered with an outer cover is embedded in a vacuum condition using a vacuum pump, and then manufactures a vacuum insulation material by sealing an opening portion of the outer cover which covers the insulation material. An internal support body, which supports a lower portion of the insulation material covered with the outer cover in a circular shape, is installed inside the main vacuum tank. An external support body, which supports an upper portion of the insulation material covered with the outer cover in a circular shape while being separated from the internal support body, is installed inside the main vacuum tank. An outer cover opening portion support body, which supports the lower part of the opening portion of the outer cover which covers the insulation material arranged between the internal support body and the external support body, is installed on one side inside the main vacuum tank. A cylinder having a rod, which is penetrated through an upper side of the main vacuum tank, is installed on an upper side outside the main vacuum tank. An outer cover sealing groove, which seals the opening portion of the outer cover which covers the insulation material located between the internal support body and the external support body, is installed in a rod front end portion of the cylinder, and is moved in a vertical direction inside the main vacuum tank. Accordingly, to seal the outer cover which individually covers the insulation material in a vacuum condition by putting the insulation material which individually covers the outer cover inside the main vacuum tank between the internal support body and the external support body, the manufacturing apparatus of the present invention can easily manufacture the vacuum insulation material of a circular shape. |
