The present invention relates to a constitutive promoter Br15. More specifically, it has been found that a promoter Br15 isolated from a Chinese cabbage is expressed constitutively in plants, and is a permanent promoter with an excellent expression level in comparison with an existing promoter. Accordingly, the promoter of the present invention can be useful for improving plants in a biotechnological way, by introducing the promoter into the plants in order to constitutively expressing an agriculturally useful gene in the plants. |
