STATIC ELIMINATOR OF POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminator of powder that can efficiently eliminate static of powder stored in a storage tank through a pouring pipe by carry air current and prevent ignitable discharge from the powder deposited in the storage tank.SOLUTION: The static eliminator of powder has electrodes 8 of a first ionizer group comprising plural ionizers which are arranged to be spaced from one another at a predetermined interval in the peripheral direction of a pouring pipe 3, and electrodes 9 of a second ionizer group comprising plural ionizers which are arranged to be spaced from one another at a predetermined interval in the peripheral direction of the pouring pipe. The second ionizer group is provided in the neighborhood of the pouring port of the pouring pipe 3 and located at the downstream side of a powder feeding direction to be spaced from the first ionizer group at a predetermined interval. The ionizers constituting the second ionizer group are arranged so that the positive and negative polarities of the electrodes 9 are alternated in the peripheral direction of the pouring pipe 3.
