PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of preventing a visible state of a wiring part in a display region while achieving a narrower frame.SOLUTION: A display device 11 includes a liquid crystal panel 12, a backlight 13, a touch panel 14, and a light-shielding part 43. The liquid crystal panel 12 includes a display region 27 where the transmittance for light is varied to display an image. The backlight 13 partially extends outward from the liquid crystal panel 12 and outputs planar light toward the liquid crystal panel 12. The touch panel 14 is disposed to cover a display side of the liquid crystal panel 12. The touch panel 14 partially extends outward from the liquid crystal panel 12 to oppose to the backlight 13, and includes a metal wiring part 41 at a position including the extending part. The light-shielding part 43 is disposed on the touch panel 14 and blocks light from the backlight 13 incident to the wiring part 41. |
