PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter which includes a fine filtering structure part and exhibits an excellent filter function.SOLUTION: The filter includes a filter 31, and a laminate 32 formed by laminating a plurality of unit members 41. The unit member 41 includes a groove part 44 which is positioned on one main surface 43a out of a pair of opposite main surfaces 43a, 43b of a flat-plate-shaped base material 42. The plurality of unit members 41 are laminated so that the main surfaces abut each other to form the laminate 32. As the groove part 44 is arranged, a filtering structure part 33 has a plurality of flow passages 34 partitioned by a thin part 45 of the base material 42 existing on the other main surface 43b. |
