PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a selling power amount per user unit.SOLUTION: The watthour meter measures an electric power amount as a selling power amount, which is supplied to a power distribution network in a facility from an electric power supply unit which is connected to an electric outlet in the facility via the electric outlet. A user authentication is required to an external system which includes at least the facility watthour meter to acquire the user authentication result from the facility watthour meter, and based on the result, the output from the electric power supply unit is controlled.
