PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device in which a non-printing period during which an image formation part is prohibited to print is required to be set according to temperature, capable of reducing misunderstanding of a user.SOLUTION: A non printing period is set on a printer during which an image formation part is prohibited to print depending on temperature. The printer determines whether or not a non-printing period occurs during printing of a print job. If it is determined that the non-printing period occurs during printing of the print job, the non-printing period is set between jobs before starting execution of the printing job, and change is made to reduce the non-printing period that occurs during printing of the print job. |
