PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a short circuit between a first electrode as a transparent electrode and a second electrode when an auxiliary electrode is formed on the first electrode by using a coating material.SOLUTION: A first electrode made of a transparent conductive material is formed on a substrate. Next, an auxiliary electrode 124 is formed on the first electrode by using a coating material. Next, an insulating film 170 covering the auxiliary electrode 124 is formed on a part of the first electrode. Next, a region of the first electrode that is not covered with the insulation film 170 is processed with a fluid for insulating or enhancing the resistance of, or etching a material forming the auxiliary electrode 124. Next, an organic layer is formed on the first electrode, and further a second electrode is furthermore formed on the organic layer. |
