PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a cold storage time required for freezing all the cold storage materials.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an accommodation device 1 comprising a main body cabinet having its front opening formed and opened or closed by a front door; a plurality of cold storage members arranged in at least two walls of the main body cabinet or the like; and a plurality of cooling units for cooling corresponding cold storage members by evaporating refrigerant supplied to themselves, and inner air in the main body cabinet is cooled by the cold storage members and the like. There are provided valves 33a, 33b arranged at an upstream side of each of the cooling units or the like in a refrigerant pipe passage for supplying refrigerant to the plurality of cooling units and the like, allowing the refrigerant to pass when they are opened and in turn restricting passage of the refrigerant when they are closed and a control means 70 for controlling an opening or closing operation of each of the valves 33a, 33b. |
