摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray photographing device and an X-ray photographing method capable of photographing a fluoroscopic image of an occluded part with high visibility with regard to a blood vessel in a completely occluded state.SOLUTION: An image generation part intermittently generates an X-ray image 49 including a wire tip part 35a and a wire tip part 35aP. A feature point extraction part extracts the wire tip part 35a and the wire tip part 35aP as feature points in each of the X-ray images 49. An integration part performs positioning with the feature point as a reference, and forms an integration image 51 by superimposing the latest X-ray images 49a-49e. Since, in the integration image 51, intensified display of contrast in which a brightness difference of an occluded part 47 surrounded by the feature point is magnified is made, an image of the occluded part 47 whose visibility is low in the X-ray image 49 is projected as a real time image whose visibility is high in the integration image 51. Accordingly, by referring to the integration image 51, it is possible to confirm accurate real time information concerning the position of the occluded part 47.
