PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechatronic drive device which includes a motor 20 and an inverter device and enables improvement of the reliability of the inverter device.SOLUTION: Multiple electronic components forming an inverter device includes: a first electronic component group including a smoothing capacitor 41 etc.; and a second electronic component group including a switch 44Un etc. Heat resistance between a heating part of the electronic components forming the second electronic component group and a component case is set lower than heat resistance between a heating part of the electronic components forming the first electronic component group and a component case. The first electronic component group is stored in a first case 50, and the second electronic component group is stored in a second case 60. The first case 50 is disposed closer to the engine side than the second case 60. |
