PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED module which conducts mechanical fixation of a substrate and makes electrical joint of the substrate in a secure manner and thereby achieves improvement of the reliability.SOLUTION: An LED module 1 according to the invention includes: a substrate 2 on which an LED chip 8 and a control element 9 are mounted; a socket housing 4 having a connector part 4A with which a power source side connector is connected; a heat sink 5 integrated with the socket housing 4; and a socket cover 3 with which a power feeding terminal 6 electrically connecting the substrate 2 with the power source side connector is integrated. The LED module 1 is formed by coupling the substrate 2 and the socket cover 3 to the socket housing 4 by screws 13. Further, the substrate 2 is adhered to a top surface of the heat sink 5 through a heat conductive member 12. |
