PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a prepaid card from being illegally used due to theft, and to enable a user to much more easily use a virtual prepaid card.SOLUTION: A system includes: a server for managing a PIN(Personal Identification Number) identifying a virtual prepaid card; and an identification information providing device communicably connected via a communication network such as the Internet to the server. The identification information providing device includes: a printing part for printing and outputting print data to a printing medium; an issue request reception part for receiving an issue request of the virtual prepaid card from a user; a payment reception part for receiving the payment of a set money amount for the virtual prepaid card whose issue request has been made; and a control part for controlling the printing part to print and output the print data including the PIN identifying the virtual prepaid card whose issue request has been made on a print medium in accordance with the reception of payment. |
