Disclosed is a method for triggering a handover procedure of a mobile terminal performed in a source base station. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the source base station can receive intensity information of a signal which the mobile terminal receives, adaptively control a value of the handover parameter, determined based on the intensity information, in accordance with a handover direction of the mobile terminal, and judge whether the value of the handover parameter satisfies a predetermined condition or not. |
