摘要 The present invention provides a method for predicting the sugar content and acidity of a tangerine by using multivariate statistics analysis of FT-IR spectrum data, which comprises the following steps of: obtaining extract from a tangerine sample; obtaining FT-IR analysis spectrum data by using the extract; mathematically preprocessing the FT-IR analysis spectrum data; establishing a model for predicting the sugar content and acidity of a tangerine by performing partial least square (PLS) regression analysis by using the completely preprocessed FT-IR spectrum data; and predicting the sugar content and acidity of a tangerine by using the established model for predicting the sugar content and acidity of a tangerine.
