The present invention relates to a real-time sound relaying method and server. The real-time sound relaying method performed in the real-time sound relaying server providing a notice board service comprises the steps of: (a) providing the notice board service (the notice board can detect a sound relay identifier received and predetermined by the user terminal) to a user terminal; (b) providing, when the sound relay identifier is detected, a sound connection identifier for connection to a manager terminal to the user terminal to connect the user terminal to the manager terminal; and (c) updating, when the user terminal successfully completes the connection to the manager terminal through the sound connection identifier, the notice board. Accordingly, the real-time sound relaying method and server can transmit and process inconveniences and suggestions of a user in real time; the quality of service is increased; and it is possible to improve customer satisfaction. |
