PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tantalum capacitor that is enhanced in ESL and a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: A tantalum capacitor has a capacitor body containing tantalum powder, an insertion area located inside the capacitor body, a tantalum wire having a non-insertion area which protrudes outwards from the mounting surface of the capacitor body, frist and second negative electrode lead frames on which the capacitor body is mounted and which are arranged to be spaced from each other in the length direction of the capacitor body, a positive electrode lead frame which is disposed between the first negative electrode lead frame and the second negative electrode lead frame and connected to the non-insertion area of the tantalum wire, and a molding part which surrounds the capacitor body and the non-insertion area of the tantalum wire and is formed so that at least one end portions of the first and second negative electrode lead frames and at least one end portion of the positive electrode lead frame are exposed through both the side surfaces in the width direction. |
