Provided is a food joint supporter whereby it becomes possible to exercise a connective tissue or muscle under the skin, at which sprain or Achilles tendinitis can be caused, in a wearer to put a food joint of the wearer back into place. The foot joint supporter (100) is provided with: a first highly stretchable part (1) which is formed in a belt-like shape on the medial surface side of a foot of a wearer from a foot sole part (10b) of the wearer through a part corresponding to an Achilles tendon of the wearer, and which has larger stretch resistance compared with that of a base fabric (101); and a second highly stretchable part (2) which is formed in a belt-like shape on the medial surface side of the foot of the wearer from the heel of the wearer through the base of a foot top part (10a) of the wearer in such a manner that the second highly stretchable part (2) can intersect the first highly stretchable part (1) under a part corresponding to the center of the inside heel of the wearer, and which has larger stretch resistance compared with that of the base fabric (101). |
