PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generator in which a wind turbine mounting frame is mounted by utilizing a foundation to install a cooling tower on a roof floor of a building so that the wind turbine and a generator can endure wind force.SOLUTION: A wind turbine mounting frame 4 is installed by utilizing a foundation 3 to install a cooling tower 2 on a roof floor of a building, and vertical rotating shafts 11 are mounted on connecting portions of horizontal members of an intermediate transverse frame 4b, and connecting portions of horizontal members of a top transverse frame 4c. The wind turbine is a composite wind turbine configured by joining a vertical axis wind turbine 5 and a horizontal axis wind turbine 6a. The composite wind turbine is mounted at an upper part of a cooling fan of the cooling tower on the wind turbine mounting frame to receive upward exhaust air 7 from a cooling fan, and the vertical rotating shaft is disposed on the center of the composite wind turbine, and coaxial with a rotating shaft of the cooling fan. In operating the cooling tower, the horizontal axis wind turbine is rotated by the exhaust air from the cooling fan, and in stopping the cooling tower, the vertical axis wind turbine is rotated by natural wind. |
