PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire which can perform a molding process of a green tire for joining a belt member to a band member by using a molding drum which is molded of the band member, and a vulcanization process of the green tire, and is excellent in productivity, and the molding drum.SOLUTION: A support body 5 is arranged at an internal peripheral side of a bladder 2 which constitutes an axial center part of a molding drum 1, a band member 8 is molded into a cylindrical shape while being supported by the support body 5 in a state that the band member is interposed at the bladder 2, the molding drum 1 is contracted to the drum axial direction by approximating and moving both end parts of the bladder 2 in the drum axial direction to the drum axial direction, the bladder 2 is expanded to an external peripheral side, a belt member 13 is joined to an external peripheral side of the band member 8 in a state that the belt member is not supported by the support body 5, and a green tire G is molded, the green tire G is moved to a vulcanization device 6 together with the molding drum 1, the bladder 2 is expanded in a mold 7, and the green tire G is vulcanized. |
