An array substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, an embedded touchscreen, and a display device. A common electrode layer of the array substrate comprises multiple touch driver electrodes (110) and multiple common electrodes (120) that are crisscrossed and insulated from each other. The touch driver electrodes (110) comprise multiple touch drive sub-electrodes (111) arranged in a direction in which the touch driver electrodes (110) extend. Each touch drive sub-electrode (111) is arranged between the adjacent common electrodes (120). The array substrate also comprises touch driver electrode linkage wires (130). The touch drive sub-electrodes (111) belonging to a same touch driver electrode (110) are electrically connected via at least one of the touch driver electrode linkage wires (130). The touch driver electrode linkage wires (130) are arranged at a display area of the array substrate and extend in a direction that is consistent with the direction in which the touch driver electrodes (110) extend.
