摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing polyurethane wind turbine blades and other large objects.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method comprises: a step of forming a mold 30 for a wind turbine blade in a wind power plant; a step of injecting isocyanate 36 and an isocyanate reactive component into the mold 30 by an automatic reaction injection molding ("RIM") machine; a step of closing the mold, and hardening polyurethane obtained by pressing and heating the mold; and a step of attaching a polyurethane blade into a wind turbine. Alternatively, the method comprises: a step of forming a wind turbine blade mold in a wind turbine plant; a step of injecting isocyanate, an isocyanate reactive component, and long fibers by an automatic long-fiber injection ("LFI") machine; a step of closing the mold, and hardening polyurethane obtained by pressing and heating the mold; and a step of attaching a polyurethane blade into a wind turbine. The manufacturing method of the invention can prevent possible transport problems since the method is implemented in the wind turbine plant.
