The present invention relates to a fence capable of adjusting a position of a handrail pole and, more specifically, to a fence comprising multiple posts vertically installed by having slide holes on both sides; and handrail poles horizontally installed between the posts. The handrail pole (200) comprises: a post connection unit (210), wherein a slide unit (211) coupled with the slide hole (110) is formed on one side and a coupling groove (212) is formed on the other side which protrudes; a control bar (220) having a connection groove (229) and protruding to both sides, wherein an elastic body (225) is formed in the center; and a connection bracket (230) formed between the post connection unit (210) and the control bar (220) and having a cutting groove (231) vertically and horizontally cut on both sides, wherein the connection bracket (230) connects the post connection unit (210) and the control bar (220). Therefore, an initial purpose as a fence can be maintained, and there is no restriction on a position since the fence can immediately correspond to an installation position and the height of the ground surface (g). The fence can relieve impact by using the elastic body (225) of the control bar (220) and an elastic cap (270). The fence can be formed in a structure capable of coupling and separating each component and can obtain a stable fixing force in connection. Also, the fence has high economical efficiency and can be easily maintained since the component can be individually replaced.
