PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a user exists in his/her daily living area or in his/her non-daily living area taking account of the day and time, and to reflect the determination result on the information transmission to the user.SOLUTION: A behavior determining server 10 obtains location information which indicates a positioning point of a user of a communication terminal 20 (S1 to S3). The behavior determining server 10 divides a map into a plurality of mesh areas, totalizes the location information obtained at the same time (day of the week or time, for example) as the location information obtained in the step S3, and sets his/her daily living area or non-daily living area for each period (S4 to S6). The behavior determining server 10 determines whether the positioning point indicated by the location information obtained in the step S3 belongs to the daily living area or the non-daily living area set by totalizing the same period information and transmits the determination data indicating the determination result to a CP server 30 together with the location information (S7 and S8). The CP server 30 controls the presence/absence of content output and the content output on the basis of the location information on the received positioning point and the determination data (S9). |
