PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic conveyance system capable of improving braking distance control, and improving the revolving performance of a towed vehicle.SOLUTION: An automatic conveyance system includes: a self-propelled vehicle 2 configured to be self-propelled along a guide path 3; a towed vehicle 14 configured to load cargo, and to be towed by the self-propelled vehicle 2; and a connection member 15 configured to connect the towed vehicle 14 with the self-propelled vehicle 2. The connection member 15 includes: a connection rigid body 16 connected to the self-propelled vehicle 2; a connection rigid body 17 configured to be connected to the towed vehicle 14 in an engageable manner; and a movable connection rigid body 18 interposed between both connection rigid bodies 16 and 17, and configured to be relatively displaced in a horizontal direction with respect to both connection rigid bodies 16 and 17. |
