PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for humidification and damage reduction of hair for improving damage of the hair by easily humidifying the hair by using both positive and negative ions.SOLUTION: Positive ion generation means 10b for generating positive ions coupled with water molecules through an electric discharge between electrodes by applying voltage, and negative ion generation means 10a for generating negative ions coupled with water molecules through an electric discharge between electrodes by applying voltage are provided; by irradiating the positive ions and negative ions generated by the positive ion generation means 10b and the negative ion generation means 10a respectively to hair, the hair is humidified and damage of the hair is reduced. |
