PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite ceramic free from deterioration in sinterability while improving the D.C. superimposing properties of a coil device.SOLUTION: Provided is a ferrite ceramic 1 including Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu and Ni as elements. The quantities of the respective elements included in the ferrite ceramic 1 are represented in terms of the molar parts of FeO, MnO, ZnO, CuO and NiO, and the total of the molar parts of FeO, ZnO, CuO and NiO is defined as 100. In this case, the total a of the molar parts of the FeOand MnOsatisfies 44≤a≤49, and also, the molar part b of the MnOsatisfies 2.5≤b≤5. Further, during elemental mapping analysis by WDX with Zn, Cu and Ni as analysis object elements, in which the percentage of the segregation points to all measurement points in the analyzed face is defined as the segregation ratios R(i denotes the subscripts representing one kind of element selected from Zn, Cu and Ni), R+R≥10 is satisfied. |
