PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that is effective to correction for removal of noise components of signals from a sensor.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device has plural sensors arranged to form plural lines and plural columns, a driving unit for driving the sensors on a line basis, and a correction unit. The driving unit drives the sensors according to first radiation of radiation ray while selecting the plural lines in a first order, and drives the sensors according to second radiation subsequent to the first radiation while selecting the plural lines in a second order. The time period from the driving of the sensors in the first order till the driving of the sensors in the second order is different between sensors of each line and sensors of an adjacent line. On the basis of signals from sensors of a first line as one of the plural lines, signals from sensors of a second line adjacent to the first line, and the time difference between the first and second lines, the correction unit corrects the signals from the sensors of at least one of the first line and the second line which are driven in the second order. |
