PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst layer on a solid polymer electrolyte film well in a simple and economic manner.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrolytic film-electrode structure for fuel batteries comprises the steps of: coating a base material 50 for transfer with a paste 58 for a catalyst layer, thereby arranging a laminate base material 50a; disposing the laminate base material in an upper position in a housing 62 for forming a heating machine 60; blowing hot blast toward the side of the base material 50 for transfer from the downside of the laminate base material 50a, in which the laminate base material 50a is oriented so that the paste 58 for a catalyst layer is directed upward and the base material 50 for transfer directed downward; performing a process for drying the paste 58 for a catalyst layer; and thereafter, transferring the catalyst layer from the base material 50 for transfer to each of opposing surfaces of a solid polymer electrolyte film. |
