PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera device capable of determining the attaching state of a translucent object attached to a lens.SOLUTION: The camera device comprises: imaging means 10 which photodetects a beam from a lens 110 and outputs a captured image; a light shielding member 130 which shields a portion of the beam incident to the lens 110; setting means 34 which sets the light shielding member 130 imaged within the captured image, as a light-shielding area X; luminance detection means 35 which detects the luminance of the light-shielding area X; and determination means 36 which, on the basis of the luminance of the light-shielding area X, determines the attaching state of a translucent object attached to the lens 110.
