The present invention relates to a stirrer which stirs and ferments various organic and inorganic waste including food waste and livestock waste to recycle the waste as fertilizers. The stirrer stirs the waste adjacent the outer wall of a fermentation tank and moves the waste to the center to prevent the waste from flowing to the outside. The livestock waste stirrer stirs the waste adjacent to the outer wall of the fermentation tank with other waste in order to promote the fermentation process while enhancing productivity and efficiency. The apparatus includes: the fermentation tank which is built in a fermenter at a predetermined length and a predetermined width; a bed which is installed to cross the upper part of the fermentation tank and moves in the length direction of the fermentation tank along a rail; a saddle which is installed on top of the bed and moves the width direction of the fermentation tank along the rail; and a motor which has a stirring screw installed on a side driving shaft rotatably installed on the saddle. The stirrer also includes: a side stirrer installed on both sides of the bed and has stirring screws installed toward the outer walls of the fermentation tank to stir the waste adjacent to both outer walls of the fermentation tank and move the waste to the center. |
