PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL light-emitting device capable of effectively preventing an OLED organic material layer from deteriorating due to moisture and the like from a material around the organic material layer.SOLUTION: An OLED 6 comprises an organic material layer 102 including a light-emitting layer, and is formed on a lower substrate 70. A first diamond-like carbon layer 110 is formed between the lower substrate 70 and the organic material layer 102, and arranged at least in a light-emitting region in a plane along the lower substrate 70. A second diamond-like carbon layer 112 is formed above the organic material layer 102, and arranged at least in the light-emitting region. |
