<p>The operating method involves representing multi-layer ceramic arrangement present at a common substrate (S-a,S-b) by the actuators. A pile unit is formed as longitudinal actuator and another pile unit is formed as modulus actuator within pile of multi-layered arrangement. An independent claim is also included for an operation control unit for piezo-linear drive with a group of piezo-pile actuator.</p> |
