The present invention relates to a horizontal height measurement device for a trolley line. The horizontal height measurement device for the trolley line comprises: a vertical measurement support (10) having a hanging ring unit (11) of which the upper end is bent to be hung on a horizontal pipe (200) and setting a gap between the horizontal pipe (200) and a trolley line (210); a horizontal measurement support (20) horizontally installed in the lower part of the vertical measurement support (10) to be able to rotate by a connection rotation shaft (40); a vertical long hole (30) vertically formed lengthwise in order for the connection rotation shaft (40) connecting the horizontal measurement support (20) to the vertical measurement support (10) to be able to vertically move; the connection rotation shaft (40) inserted into the vertical long hole (30) of the vertical measurement support (10) and connecting the horizontal measurement support (20) to be able to rotate and vertically move; a 45-degree level gauge (50) installed to be inclined at an angle of 45°C on the left side of the horizontal measurement support (20) and displaying tilting of the horizontal measurement support (20); first and second horizontal level gauges (60, 70) installed at the center of the horizontal measurement support (20) and displaying a horizontal state of the horizontal measurement support (20); and a vertical level gauge (80) installed on the right side of the horizontal measurement support (20) and displaying tilting of the horizontal measurement support (20). The horizontal height measurement device for the trolley line improves a measurement speed and measurement efficiency by rapidly and accurately measuring a gap between the horizontal measurement support and a hanger hanging the hanging ring unit of the vertical measurement support and supporting a curve pulling support tool.
