<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prompt a power consumer to take appropriate measures preparing for a blackout, decrease in power generation amount, and so on. <P>SOLUTION: An information report system allocates a unique identification code for identifying a power consumer to a power meter 1 that is a communication device; and makes a display device 2 that is a report device report (display) information related to power supply, when the power meter 1 receives the information from a server device 7.
