<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device being easily manufactured using a general laser beam machine, having an inconspicuous conductive pattern and having stable electric characteristics.SOLUTION: An input device comprises: an input member that includes a conductive pattern forming substrate including an insulating substrate 11 (21), and a transparent conductive layer that is provided on at least one surface of the insulating substrate 11 (21) and has an inorganic network member with conductivity in a transparent substrate with insulation property; and detection means that is electrically connected to the transparent conductive layer and detects an input signal. The transparent conductive layer includes an insulated part in which at least a portion of the network member is removed by irradiation with laser light L through light condensation means 42 having a focal point F at a position spaced from the transparent conductive layer. The insulated part has a void that is formed on the transparent substrate by evaporating and removing the network member from the transparent substrate by irradiation with the laser light L. The network member has a mesh-like member having conductivity, and the mesh-like member has metal ultra fine fibers.</p> |
