<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser machining head that protects a mirror from blast when plasma is generated, enhances the durability of the mirror and attains stable laser peening processing, during laser peening. <P>SOLUTION: In a laser machining apparatus 10 used for machining the inner surface of a tubular member 1 (common rail ) by laser peening, a laser machining head 11 includes a mirror 21 for directing a laser beam LB to a portion to be processed. The outer periphery of the mirror 21 is covered with a cylindrical body 22, which is comprised of a large-diameter part 31 on both ends in the direction of axial line and an intermediate part 32 of which outside diameter is smaller than that of the large-diameter part 31, and the cylindrical body 22 is provided with a slit 33 extending in the direction of axial line of the tubular member 1 on the side surface of the intermediate part 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
