PURPOSE:To obtain an alignment coil easily by a method wherein the beginning position of a winding is shifted from that of a preceding one to press and align windings already formed when a plurality of windings are formed on one bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A core ring 13 is put on the rotating shaft 12 of a winding machine 11, the outer periphery of the ring is surrounded by a bobbin 14, and a plurality of windings 15a-15c are formed on the outer periphery of the bobbin. On the occasion, guides 16a, 16b and 16c are provided in shifted positions on the outside of the bobbin 14, so that the windings 15a, 15b and 15c guided thereby respectively may be shifted from one another in the beginning position of winding. This method makes it possible to press a winding formed already by a subsequent winding and to align all windings by the repetition of the same operation. Consequently, an insulator for junction becomes unnecessary, winding operations turn easy, and simultaneously the cost is reduced. |
