PURPOSE:To correctly recognize the shape of a part by placing the part to which paint is adhered by a stamp pad onto a stamp sheet, casting light to the formed pattern of the part, and processing the photographed image digitally. CONSTITUTION:When a part 7 caught by a hand hook 8 is placed onto a stamp pad 1, paint is adhered to the bottom face of the part 7. Then, the part 7 is put on a stamp sheet 2. As a result, a pattern 6 of the part 7 is adhered onto the sheet 2. After the part 7 is removed from on the sheet 2, the pattern 6 is photographed by a TV camera 9. At this time, light is cast to the pattern 6 from an illuminating lamp 10. The input image from the camera 9 is digitally processed at an image processor 11 and displayed at a TV monitor 12. |
